Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
– Provide customers with product and service information
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
