Client Success Manager
Location: Toronto, ON
Our client, a leading provider of software solutions in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their team in Toronto. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
– Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues and improve the overall customer experience
– Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for collaboration
– Provide training and support to clients on using the company’s software solutions effectively
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
