Project Coordinators work closely with the Project Manager on various projects to ensure that objectives, policies, and procedures are followed. They are typically situated on site and report directly to the Project Director. Their role involves providing support and assistance in various project tasks.
Remote Recruiter

We are looking for a Remote Recruiter to join our team and help us in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record of successfully identifying and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities:
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
– Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
– Utilize recruitment software to track applicant data and update candidate profiles
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
– Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a pipeline of talent for future opportunities

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
– Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
