Description:

Our company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a prompt and professional manner
– Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
– Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed

Qualifications:
