Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential clients to drive new business opportunities within the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on their engagement and interest in our digital marketing services, including SEO, paid media, website development, and content marketing.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their unique needs and challenges, positioning our services as effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with prospective clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead progress in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless transitions to the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively communicate our value propositions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, paid media, websites, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
