Key responsibilities:
Leads.io is on the search for a Ad Creative Strategist to complement our dynamic work environment. The Ad Creative Strategist is a key group level creative role within Leads.io. This position requires a talented and innovative individual who can blend creativity with data-driven insights to create compelling ad creatives that drive results. The Ad Creative Strategist will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to develop effective ad campaigns, ensuring that our creative assets align with performance marketing goals.
Other responsibilities are:
- Develop ad creative strategies that align with client goals and performance marketing objectives.
- Have a leading role in the ad campaign and ad creative process, driving innovation and coaching performance designers.
- Explore new concepts, themes, and visual styles.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, their preferences, and behaviors.
- Produce eye-catching visuals and ad creatives for various digital platforms.
- Work closely with the experimentation team and performance marketing teams to guide experiments on ad creatives.
- Work closely with the CRO team and other strategists, coach and collaborate with performance designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to create holistic ad campaigns that combine compelling visuals and persuasive copy.
- Present design strategies and creative concepts to clients, explaining the rationale and expected outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze asset performance metrics.

Requirements
Your qualifications
- Proven experience in a creative role within an advertising or marketing agency, with a strong focus on digital (video) advertising.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Having in-depth knowledge of typography, color, space, texture and other design elements necessary in creating a compelling visual design
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative design concepts.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
