Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service through both inbound and outbound calls
– Act as the point of contact for customers inquiring about products or services
– Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

– Previous customer service experience is preferred
