The OTR Project Manager will work closely with customers, project teams, and internal departments to coordinate project scope and ensure revenue goals are met. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, this role will be the driving force behind project execution.
Position: Remote Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service over the phone and email
– Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers in a professional and timely manner
– Assist customers with account management, payment processing, and product information
– Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 1-2 years of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
