Position: Resourcing Consultant

Location: Surrey

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum

Type: Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Consultant to join a leading recruitment agency based in Surrey. As a Resourcing Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various job roles, coordinating and conducting interviews, and providing support throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
– Searching for potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
– Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements
– Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates
– Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
– Providing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
– Assisting with the onboarding process for successful candidates

Key Requirements:
– Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing
