Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinical trials, coordinating study activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This individual will work closely with research staff, study participants, and external agencies to ensure that trials are conducted efficiently and ethically.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate all activities related to the conduct of clinical trials
– Recruit and screen potential study participants
– Obtain informed consent from participants
– Collect and maintain accurate study data
– Assist with study documentation and regulatory submissions
– Monitor study progress and report any issues to the Principal Investigator
– Ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
– Collaborate with research staff and external agencies to meet study goals
– Maintain study records and manage study files

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
– Previous experience in clinical research preferred
– Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
