Arborist Climber

Salary: $25 – $35 per hour

A Tree Care Company based in Burnaby, BC is currently seeking a full-time Arborist Climber. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a tree care setting, be hardworking, responsible and a team player.

Responsibilities:
– Perform tree climbing, pruning, and removals in accordance with industry safety standards
– Operating and maintaining equipment in a safe, efficient manner
– Assisting crew leader in job planning, work site setup, and cleanup
– Ensuring that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in tree care industry
– Climbing certification (up-to-date)
– Valid driver’s license
– Proficiency in operating chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment
– Strong communication and team player skills
