Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the office
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
– Assist with preparing reports and presentations
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Maintain office budget and expenses
– Supervise administrative staff

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
