Assisting the Project Manager in delivering quality changes and preparing status reports, as well as performing administrative duties as needed. Opportunities available for both in-home and remote work.
Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Winnipeg, MB, Canada
HR Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the HR department
– Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding process
– Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing
– Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
HR Coordinator Job Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1-2 years of administrative experience in HR or related field
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Experience with HRIS systems is an asset
