Role: Marketing Assistant

Location: Mississauga, ON

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This role will involve working closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate various marketing activities, including social media campaigns, advertising, and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
– Coordinate social media posts and monitor engagement
– Support the planning and execution of events
– Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
– Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends
– Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
– Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
