Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team at a residential facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, such as repairing and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
– Perform repairs on equipment and machinery as needed
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action
– Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
