Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
– Provide information about products and services and assist with placing orders
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
