Position: Customer Service Representative (Collections)
Are you a confident and independent professional with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service? Security National Automotive Acceptance Corporation (SNAAC) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in our Collections department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers while assisting them with delinquent accounts.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers to resolve delinquent accounts, providing excellent customer service to effectively address their concerns
– Utilize effective negotiation and problem-solving skills to develop strategies for account resolution
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
– Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding past due accounts
– Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners
– Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company’s systems
– Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred, but not required
– 1-2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or a related field is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
– Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
– Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting while also being able to work independently
– A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
