Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Our client, a popular restaurant in downtown Toronto, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

– Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
– Manage restaurant inventory and control costs
– Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards
– Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
– Oversee restaurant financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
– Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
– Perform regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities
– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
