Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
