The Automation & Integration Manager is tasked with implementing automation practices with a focus on customer satisfaction. They will use design thinking and Agile methodologies to identify, design, and implement efficient processes.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
– Prepare and organize documents and reports for meetings
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Provide general support to visitors
– Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
