Charger Logistics Inc. in Canada is seeking an experienced Budget Manager to join their Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in capital project budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Description:
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Redmore
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Redmore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain and update filing systems
– Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
– Collate and distribute mail
– Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
