The Sr. Manager of Physical Security Risk is in charge of leading the security risk assessment framework and program. This individual is responsible for managing relationships with business partners and consulting on matters related to physical security.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Green Bay, WI

Salary: $15.75 per hour

Description:
– Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders
– Maintain accurate customer records in the system
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company
– Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient computer skills
