Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and through email. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
– Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
