We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to our marketing package sales teams, focusing on the planning, selling, and execution of HGV Ultimate events.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the coordination and organization of marketing events, ensuring all logistical aspects are executed smoothly.
- Support the sales teams in setting up and promoting HGV Ultimate packages through effective communication and follow-up with potential clients.
- Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and efficient assistance to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event materials and promotional content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Track event performance metrics and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to events and marketing packages.
- Assist with post-event follow-up and report generation to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
- Previous experience in event coordination or marketing is preferred.
