  • Strategically guide clients and cultivate relationships for project excellence
  • Lead both internal and client teams with finesse
  • Precisely manage account revenue and drive organic growth
  • Deliver metrics on relationship quality and product satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate and effective implementation of Statements of Work
  • Foster relationships across teams and departments, while mentoring and leading project teams
  • Define and implement best practices at the business unit level
  • Contribute to the overall development of the Client Services department
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, as well as with partner agencies

You have:

  • 5-7 years of Account Management experience in an Advertising/Digital Marketing agency, with at least 3 years of managerial experience
  • A solid track record of handling complex projects and clients, with a fastidious attention to detail and ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Deep understanding of user-centric digital product design principles, inclusive of user journeys
  • Experience working within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) structure
  • Proven experience in formulating and executing strategic account plans and roadmaps
  • Quick decision-making abilities and adeptness at implementing solutions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, writing, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage to defined Scopes of Work, with strong financial acumen
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management
  • Familiarity with CPG industry; preference for experience in heavily regulated categories
  • Expertise in analytics, including test and learn methodologies

  • Business travel required. Ability to travel for company business, inclusive of multi-day trips to Client and/or Agency locations. International travel may be required; candidate must possess a valid Passport to travel without restriction within the United States of America and Canada.
