The EUS Program Manager oversees the End User Support program to ensure it meets project management standards and effectively supports end users. They use their project management skills to oversee initiatives from start to finish and prioritize customer service, communication, listening, and human interaction.
Title: Security Officer

Location: St. Catharines, ON

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:
– Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
– Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
– Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
– Write clear and concise reports of any incidents and maintain a daily log of activities and occurrences.
– Control and monitor access to the facility by ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous security experience is an asset.
– Valid security license
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
