Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop and enhance digital applications for youth and recreational sports, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
• Drive engagement strategies that attract and retain fans across various digital channels, with a particular focus on golf and sports entertainment.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform the development of new features, ensuring our platforms meet the evolving needs of our diverse audiences.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and user experience teams to create and implement digital initiatives that resonate with fans.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to help inform the strategic direction of our digital products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital platform management, ideally within the sports or entertainment industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
