Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize digital applications tailored for youth sports and recreational activities.
• User Engagement: Analyze fan interactions and behaviors to improve user experience and drive engagement across our digital platforms.
• Content Strategy: Work closely with content teams to ensure seamless integration of sports and entertainment content, fostering a vibrant community for our audience.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on platform performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and enhance user satisfaction.
• Trends Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends in digital media and sports technology to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
