Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. This individual will also be responsible for processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Process orders and provide order status updates to customers
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Maintain accurate customer records in the database
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience with CRM software is a plus
