Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support their busy office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
– Answering phone calls and emails
– Greeting visitors and clients
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Filing and organizing documents
– Assisting with basic administrative tasks
– Running errands as needed
Qualifications:
