Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Surrey, BC

Salary: $22 – $26 per hour

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide support to our managers and employees
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed


– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Proficient in MS Office applications
