Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to support them in achieving their revenue targets. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer accounts, preparing sales reports, and assisting with marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the sales team
– Manage customer accounts and resolve any issues or inquiries
– Prepare and update sales reports on a regular basis
– Assist with the organization and execution of marketing campaigns
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
– Coordinate and participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
