A company is seeking to hire an Intermediate Biologist (Project Manager) for their Vancouver, Langley or Victoria office. The role involves work in areas such as aquatic ecosystems, wildlife, vegetation, and Species at Risk, as well as project management and consulting experience.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Research required information using available resources
– Handle and resolve customer complaints
– Provide customers with product and service information
– Enter customer information into the system
– Identify and escalate priority issues
– Follow up customer calls where necessary
– Complete call logs and produce call reports

Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong phone handling skills
– Ability to multitask
– High school diploma or equivalent
