Job Description

1. Maintain efficient operation of multi-line phone system.
2. Greet and assist visitors to the office.
3. Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
4. Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks as needed.
5. Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
6. Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination.
7. Provide administrative support to various departments as requested.
8. Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
9. Ensure office and common areas are kept clean and organized.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
11. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times when representing the company.
