Job Description

A well-established telecommunications company is looking for a hardworking and reliable Cable Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunication systems, including cable television, internet, and phone services in residential and commercial settings. The Cable Installer will work closely with customers to ensure that installations meet their needs and that all equipment is functioning properly. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
– Install and maintain cable television, internet, and phone services in residential and commercial settings
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunication systems
– Collaborate with customers to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and comply with company policies
– Educate customers on how to use and maintain their telecommunication equipment
– Complete paperwork and documentation related to installations and service calls
– Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while working on job sites

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in cable installation or a related field
– Strong technical skills and knowledge of telecommunication systems
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
