Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. You will also be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of all goods.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
– Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
– Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation
– Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety procedures and regulations
– Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and supply purchases
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
– 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proficient in inventory management and warehouse software
– Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects
– Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
