Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with scheduling appointments, organizing files, and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs is preferred. Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus.
