Kohl & Frisch Limited is hiring a full-time Project Manager for their Project Management Office in Concord, Ontario. The position reports to the ERP Program Manager and requires a strong background in project management. Kohl & Frisch Limited is a well-established company founded in 1916.
Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of call center representatives and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives
– Provide training and coaching to team members
– Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality customer service
– Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
– Collaborate with other department managers to improve overall operations
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center management role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to motivate and inspire team members
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience with call center software and CRM systems
