Industrial Electrician

Location: Erin, ON

Overview:

Our company in Erin, ON is currently seeking a certified Industrial Electrician with PLC experience to join our team. The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient electrical systems, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in working order, and conducting regular inspections and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

– Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
– Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
– Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
– Test and inspect electrical systems and components
– Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
– Comply with all safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

– Certified Industrial Electrician (442A or 309A license)
– 3+ years of industrial electrical experience
– Experience with PLCs and control systems
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
