Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
– Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members if necessary
– Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions
– Process customer orders and manage returns and exchanges
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
