The Lépine Corporation is looking for a General Manager to lead their new business division in Carleton Place/Kanata. The GM will report to the Partners/Owners and should be dynamic and experienced in order to successfully fulfill the role.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
– Maintain filing system and update records
– Order office supplies and ensure inventory is fully stocked
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with data entry and record-keeping
– Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
