The Cost Controller in Mississauga, Ontario is responsible for providing professional engineering and project delivery services globally, focusing on resources, infrastructure, and industrial processes. The role reports to the Project Controls Manager.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in daily office needs and manage our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– High school diploma or equivalent
