Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and Technology. This position plays a crucial role in driving product strategy, development, and execution to enhance our digital offerings and marketplace presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment with industry trends.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
• Foster a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors to inform product enhancements and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, Operations, or Industrial Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools.
