Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing orders, managing customer accounts, and providing product information. Additionally, you will assist with general administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Expected salary: $44.31 – 55.33 per hour
