Job description: Position: Regional Marketing Manager – Canadian MarketLocation: Toronto (Onsite 5x/week), 8AM – 5PM
Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentOur client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager with a deep understanding of the Canadian iGaming market to spearhead growth and expand market share across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for making our platform the ultimate online destination for Canada, particularly in Quebec, Alberta, and/or British Columbia. You will report directly to the Managing Director.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • P&L Management: Take ownership of the overall profit and loss responsibility for the Canadian market, ensuring sustainable customer acquisition and delivering growth within established budgets and targets.
  • Marketing Integration: Coordinate and manage internal marketing processes across multiple channels, including performance marketing, digital strategies, SEO, PPC, CRM, and more.
  • Website Localization: Ensure the platform is optimized and fully localized for the Canadian audience.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Canada across various channels such as affiliations, ambassadors, events, and social media.
  • Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and market-specific campaigns that build brand awareness.
  • Business Development: Work with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for growth through agents, affiliates, payment solutions, and more.
  • Media Management: Plan, negotiate, and manage media buys, either directly or through agencies, to maximize exposure.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Data Analysis Team to monitor and assess all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments within Canada.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development, ideally 3 within the online poker or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of performance and channel marketing strategies.
  • Creative and solutions-focused
  • Expertise in the Canadian poker landscape and/or deep knowledge of online gaming.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
