Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing product and service information to customers and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
