Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in the digital marketing sector. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our digital marketing solutions, focusing on generating new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound sales strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the digital marketing landscape.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches tailored to the specific needs of clients, showcasing our digital marketing services such as SEO, paid media, website solutions, and content strategy.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Manage and update lead records in the CRM system to streamline the sales process.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outbound sales or sales development is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, paid media, website development, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for digital marketing and sales.
