Position: Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

– Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target companies
– Use a variety of sales techniques to generate interest in B+E’s products and services
– Schedule meetings and calls with potential clients to further discuss their needs
– Provide information and resources to help clients make informed decisions
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to better serve clients
– Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales progress
– Attend networking events and conferences to expand B+E’s reach and visibility
– Represent B+E in a professional and positive manner at all times

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
– Willingness to travel as needed
