Title: Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Requirements:
