Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting our marketing initiatives through the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and various digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating detailed reports and evaluations, contributing to our marketing, public relations, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare, and present reports using Microsoft Office applications to evaluate marketing strategies and performance.
• Coordinate marketing efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance outreach and engagement with target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and communication materials.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
